People and roles
Add and invite staff, and what each role can do.
- Add and invite staffIn People, click Add staff, fill in their name, role, pay and venue, then click Save and invite to email them a link to set their password. Save as draft puts them on the roster without emailing them.

- Set pay rates and employment typeOpen the person's profile from People, go to the Contract & pay tab, set their Employment type, then the Pay type and Hourly rate (NZD). Click Save. Only an Admin can see and change pay.
