Create your Roux Roster account on the sign-up page, then follow the four onboarding steps. Name your business, add your first venue, check your stations, and import staff now or later.
Create your account
- Go to roster.rouxdashboard.com/signup. The page is called Get started.
- Enter your First name and Last name.
- Under Country, pick your country.
- Enter your Work email and a Password of at least 10 characters.
- Click Create account. Roux Roster signs you in and opens the setup steps.
Name your business
- On Your business, check the Country.
- Enter your Business name.
- Click Continue.
Add your first venue
- On Your first venue, enter the Venue name, for example the name on your sign.
- Click Continue. Roux Roster makes a short code for the venue and adds you to it.
Check your stations
Stations are the areas people work in on a shift. Roux Roster starts you with Grill, Prep, FOH, Bar and Kitchen.
- Rename or remove any you don't use.
- Click + Add another station to add more.
- Click Continue.
Import staff, or skip for now
- On Import staff, you can upload a CSV of your staff from your previous roster tool.
- If you'd rather add people one by one, click Skip for now.
- Click Finish & open dashboard.
Add another venue
- In the Dashboard, open Venues. On a wide screen, Venues is under the Team menu.
- Click + Add venue.
- Enter the Name. The Code is optional.
- Choose Clock in from: Phone and wall iPad or Wall iPad only.
- Click Add.
